Quick and Easy Cornbread…so yummy. 🙂
This is probably the easiest corn bread recipe you will ever find! This cornbread has a nice sweet flavor and great texture.
Of course like any other recipe you can jazz it up by ending a little shredded Cheddar, Chipotle Cheddar, jalapenos, or anything else you would like to.
The thing I like best about this recipe is that both of the main ingredients are fairly inexpensive and can easily be worked into a food budget.
Quick & Easy Corn Bread fresh out of the oven!
Quick and Easy Corn Bread
8-1/2 ounce package corn bread/muffin mix
8-1/2 package yellow cake mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into a greased 9 X 13 -inch pan.
Bake approximately 15-20 minutes, or until done. Cut into squares and serve warm.
