Don’t let the title scare you, these Apple-Bacon-Cheese Mini Loaves are very moist and very delicious. They would be the perfect addition to any brunch! 
This is a fabulous quick bread for breakfast, brunch, served with a salad, or anytime at all. This would also be good with a bowl of soup in the Winter. Not only is the flavor excellent, but it’s always nice to have a good bread or two for brunch that isn’t oozing sweetness. Some people simply prefer savory over sweet, so it’s always nice to have a good go-to recipe when baking for those people. Think of this as a savory bread with a touch of sweetness.
