Salted Peanut Butter PayDay Cookies 7739

We love cookie days here at Megamommy! For those of you who don’t know, we love the cookies around here! This flavor combo is something that just kind of came to me when I opened the cupboard one day.

The week before Target had PayDay candy bars on sale so I picked up a bag knowing I was going to use them very soon, and so I did. 🙂

Hope you enjoy these!

I absolutely love the way the caramel from the inside of the PayDay candy bar oozes out here & there. So much fun and so yummy!

You want to chop up the PayDay candy bars into smaller pieces, but not tiny. The chunks in the cookies here and there are wonderful. Keep in mind they bake down quite a bit.

You want to be sure to let the cookies cool for at least 5 minutes on the cookie sheet. This is very important. Then finish cooling your cookies completely on a baking rack.

Who doesn’t love a tower of cookies? Really? How can you go wrong with a giant stack of cookies?

Go grab a cold glass of milk or cup of your favorite coffee and enjoy!
