Cookie Dough Chocolate Bark

April 11, 2016 · by Mega · Leave a Comment

My Cookie Dough Chocolate Bark makes a great chocolatey snack, wonderful dessert, or even a fun gift! Chocolate and cookie dough…always delicious! 2016-04-08-7875 My fellas LOVE chocolate chip cookie anything, most people do right? This chocolate bark is made with delicious dark chocolate & wonderful cookie dough.

I can’t tell you how excited my guys were to try this bark. They absolutely loved it!! What’s not to love? Of course this recipe is made with an eggless cookie dough so it’s safe for all to enjoy!

2016-04-08-7856

I used Trader Joe’s Dark Chocolate because the taste is wonderful. But feel free to use any kind of chocolate melting wafer you like.

2016-04-08-7865

Melt your chocolate and pour it onto a regular size cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure to spread it evenly so it’s about the same thickness all the way through.

Drop little pieces of cookie dough onto the melted chocolate pressing the cookie dough into the chocolate just a bit. You can also add a few sprinkles if you want to.

If you are going to drizzle a little white chocolate over the entire thing be sure to wait until the cookie dough bark has set up and is nice and firm. Immediately add a few more sprinkles if you are doing so.

2016-04-08-7869

Cut or break the Cookie Dough Chocolate Bark into pieces. Some people like to cut their bark a certain way, some like to break it up into pieces that are different shapes and sizes.

Break it, cut it, do whatever works for you. This bark is going to be delicious!

Salted Caramel Peanut Butter PayDay Cookies

March 1, 2016 · by Mega · Leave a Comment

This cookie is one of everyone’s favorite cookies with a new flavor twist. When you’re in the mood for something just a little different, try these cookies they’re wonderful.

Salted Peanut Butter PayDay Cookies 7739

We love cookie days here at Megamommy! For those of you who don’t know, we love the cookies around here! This flavor combo is something that just kind of came to me when I opened the cupboard one day.

The week before Target had PayDay candy bars on sale so I picked up a bag knowing I was going to use them very soon, and so I did. 🙂

Hope you enjoy these!

2016-03-01 7735

I absolutely love the way the caramel from the inside of the PayDay candy bar oozes out here & there. So much fun and so yummy!

2016-03-01 7709

You want to chop up the PayDay candy bars into smaller pieces, but not tiny. The chunks in the cookies here and there are wonderful. Keep in mind they bake down quite a bit.

2016-03-01 7723

You want to be sure to let the cookies cool for at least 5 minutes on the cookie sheet. This is very important. Then finish cooling your cookies completely on a baking rack.

2016-03-01 7729

Who doesn’t love a tower of cookies? Really? How can you go wrong with a giant stack of cookies?

2016-03-01 7737

Go grab a cold glass of milk or cup of your favorite coffee and enjoy!

Chocolate Banana Malt Bundt Cake

February 22, 2016 · by Mega · Leave a Comment

This Chocolate Banana Malt Bundt Cake is packed full of great flavors. Think of a chocolate banana malt in cake form…your taste buds are in for a treat!

2016-01-29-7689

First off, I would like to apologize for being away for so long! I am truly very sorry! We have a very close family member who has been extremely ill and our attention was needed elsewhere.

That said, I have SO missed the blog and all of you, I can’t even tell you how much!

If your family loves chocolate banana malts and most people do, they’re in for a treat they are going to love! There’s just something about the flavor of a chocolate banana malt that is always so good. So I turned it into a cake.
