I am so excited to share my Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel Nibblers with you today! This flavor combination is going to knock your socks off! I have tweaked one of my favorite cookies to create a great go-to recipe that is sure to never disappoint!

These cookies may look like your average chocolate chip cookie on the outside, but they are packed with just the right flavor combination to make them really special! I have also add one chopped milk chocolate salted caramel bar for additional milk chocolate flavor with a touch of salted caramel, and just a hint of added texture. Not to mention instant pudding adds a wonderful vanilla flavor and a pleasant softness.
Use your favorite chocolate to personalize your nibblers. After all, any chocolate that YOU like works great!
When I make my nibblers I like to use miniature chocolate chips rather than regular size chocolate chips. But if you prefer to use regular chocolate chips, that’s fine too. It’s simply a matter of personal preference. Do what makes you happy!

If you don’t already do this adding pudding mix to your cookies is a great way to keep your cookies moist. You don’t need to do this all the time, just keep it mind. All you need to add is two or three tablespoons of instant vanilla pudding mix. This will make a huge difference in your eggs!
Keep in mind although the cookies are smaller, they will also have a tendency to dry out quicker. If you don’t want to add the pudding mix you certainly don’t have to. It really does make quite a difference though!
Fresh Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel Nibblers and milk! Does life get any better?
Milk Chocolate Skillet Caramel Nibblers
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix (this will help keep your nibblers soft)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk chocolate mini chocolate chips (semisweet works just fine, if you prefer)
1 – 3.5 oz. Godiva Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel bar, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside. Mix together your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix); set aside.
2. Mix together the brown sugar, sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla. Continue mixing until incorporated. By hand or with a mixer, slowly add the flour, salt, baking soda, and instant pudding mix. Mix until combined. By hand stir in mini chocolate chips and chopped milk chocolate bar. Mix until chocolate is evenly distributed through dough.
3. Using a cookie scoop, or just a teaspoon, scoop out small scoops of dough onto cookie sheet.
4. Bake nibbler cookies for 9 to 11 minutes. My nibblers took exactly 9 minutes per tray. Bake until cookies are golden at edges. Do not overbake cookies. Cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheets before moving cookies. Then gently remove cookies with spatula to a wire rack to cool completely.
