Triple Chocolate Cookies

June 23, 2014 · by Mega ·

My Triple Chocolate Cookies are a scrumptious combination of three types of chocolate that make for one great cookie!

Sometimes there’s just nothing better than a good moist fudgy, chocolatey cookie!

I make lots of different cookies all year long, but there’s always something kind of special about a good chocolate cookie. A good chocolate cookie seems to be hard to find, and is always a real treat.

So what makes these cookies so good?

In a nutshell, there are three different kinds of chocolate in this cookie and it’s the combinations of chocolate flavors that makes this cookie so darn good!

Enjoy!

If you’re not a fan of white chocolate, have no fear. The white chocolate helps create a nice balance of flavors in this cookies. In other words, white chocolate is not the dominant flavor in these cookies.

The wonderful fudgy, chocolatey flavor from the cocoa powder and chocolate chips is the flavor you will enjoy. 🙂

tcc_DSNC2148So as you can see there are three types of chocolate that go into these cookies – natural cocoa powder, white chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips.

I used miniature chocolate chips, but feel free to use mini or regular size semi sweet chocolate chips.
