Chocolate Caramel Brownie Bites

Just the right amount of chocolate and caramel makes these brownie bites explode with flavor. Follow my recipe and they’re not too heavy, they’re not too lite, but just right!

In my house of fellas, they love the brownies! I play around with lots of different brownie recipes, both from scratch and a box. See at my house, the guys don’t care about homemade brownies at all! They first time they told me that I was shocked.

Now more often than not, I make my brownies from a box and simply adapt the flavors to be what I want that day. Today I wanted a chocolate caramel flavor that wasn’t too heavy, but still had lots of flavor. This is what I came up.

If you like caramel and chocolate together, and who doesn’t? These brownies should make you very happy!

Enjoy my friends…:)

I purposely made these in mini form because I thought it would work best, however you can make these in a regular pan if you prefer.

When filling your mini pan keep in mind you will be adding 1 Milky Way bite to each mini brownie. The bites are wonderful, not too big, not too small, just wonderful!

One more thing, this glaze is fabulous! You can follow my easy recipe below, or you can frost the brownies if you prefer. I strongly encourage you to try the glaze. Be sure to add the sprinkles right away if you’re using them. The glaze dries quickly. :)

Chocolate Caramel Brownie Bites

Just the right amount of chocolate and caramel makes these brownie bites explode with flavor. Follow my recipe and they’re not too heavy, they’re not too lite, but just right!

Ingredients:                                         MM_104

1 box milk chocolate brownie mix, plus ingredients on back of box, substituting chocolate caramel coffee creamer for the few tablespoons of water

Hershey’s Chocolate Caramel Gourmet Coffee creamer

1 (8 ounce) bag Milky Way Bites

GLAZE:

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1-2 tablespoons Chocolate Caramel Creamer

Sprinkles, for decoration if desired

Directions:

1. Heat oven to temperature on back of box, for brownies it’s usually 350 degrees. Spray two (24 count) mini muffin pans with nonstick spray; set aside.

2. By hand stir brownie mix, flavored creamer, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. There will be some lumps. Spoon into mini muffin pans.

3. Spoon apx. 1/2 tablespoon into each mini muffin tin, place one Milky Way Bite on top of batter, spoon apx. another 1/2 tablespoon on top of the Milky Way Bite.

4. Bake for 16 minutes, or until fully baked. My brownie bites took exactly 16 minutes. Allow mini brownies to cool completely. Put together glaze, whisk together the sugar and cocoa in a medium bowl. Add 1 tablespoon milk, and mix until combined. If you want a thinner consistency add milk 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach desired consistency.

5. When brownie bites are cooled completely glaze as desired with chocolate glaze. Working in small batches glaze 4-6 at a time immediately following with sprinkles. Continue working in small batches until all brownie bites are glazed as desired.

Makes 48 brownie bites.

* Warm your eggs to room temperature before using. Allow eggs to sit out for 15-20 minutes before using.
