Hey guys! Today I think I have a bar that most of you will like. If you love a good fudgy cookie or bar, you will like this one. Keep in mind, this is a brownie-like bar, but technically it is still a bar.
Moving on, I really do love bringing you guys easy to make recipes, because let’s face it, we’re all busy these days. AND, just when you think you can’t get any busier, you do, right? I get it, really I do!
Make these bars for the family or whoever you’re cooking for that particular day or evening, and I guarantee you, you will feel the love!
So what makes these bars so good? These gooey, fudgy, chocolatey bars are just plain old yummy in the tummy.
Everyone who loves that truly fudgy flavor will love these! Watching their faces light up is pleasure in itself.
The chopped up Zero Bars in here are wonderful! I really do like them, although you know you can never go wrong with Snickers, or any other candy bar your heart desires.
My youngest son doesn’t like the nuts in Snicker’s. Can you believe it? In case you haven’t heard, we call him Sir Picky Pants.
The Hershey’s Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer is wonderful in these bars. It gives you just a touch of something special, and trust me, you do get a hint of a little something special.
But if you have no other use for the creamer, don’t go buy it. Save your money. You can get by just fine using milk.
Naturally, the chocolate chunks also make a nice contribution to these bars. What can I say chocolate chunks are always wonderful.

Double Chocolate Candy Bars
1 regular size chocolate cake mix, Devil’s Food works well for these bars
1/3 cup butter, softened – you want the butter very soft, but not melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
2 eggs, room temperature, beaten
1 cup chocolate chunks
1 cup chopped Zero bars, use ANY candy bar you like
2-3 tablespoons Hershey’s Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer, if you don’t buy this, don’t sweat it simply use milk, regular milk will do just fine
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
2. Combine dry cake mix, butter, vanilla, and eggs. Stir by hand with large spoon until well blended. Add Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer one tablespoon at a time. Mix in the chocolate chunks and chopped candy bars. Be sure to press the chopped candy bar into the mixture a bit.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until just set. Place on a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into bars and serve.
MM Note: For a quick and easy way to evenly spread the mixture in the pan, try using a plastic sandwich bag. Simply place the plastic over your hand, spray one side with cooking spray, press mixture into pan as desired. Take off glove, and throw it away.
